I bought a scrap book from a member of the NSWPP or national socialist white peoples party. I do not collect this stuff but knew of a site that I could turn a $ for it. In the book was several photos of Harrison and kkk rallys.

Just for people's edification, those picture were NOT taken in Harrison. There is no building in Harrison like that. That might be the addition to the Pulaski County Courthouse in Little Rock but I'm not sure. Also, a handful of white guys on the steps of some building does not represent an entire town.

Yes, you said they were. "Pictures from Harrison" also "In the book was several photos of Harrison." The intent of your thread is clear. There are kkk chapters in MA, PA, NY, and many other places as well. What is your point besides trolling?

Are you trying to hide the fact that there is a kkk chapter in Harrison? I don't really care, I ran across a harrison kkk and nazi member who lived in harrison. I bought the scrap book and have already sold it for a tidy profit. There was a few of new young kkk members being blindfolded for what ever it is they do. and some cross burnings. It runs from the early 60s with original photos of G. Lincoln Rockwell to about 2000 when it looks like the owner must have passed on and his scrap book got sold. The sign says the address of the chapter is Harrison Arkansas. I don't think it really maters if it was the capitol steps in Little Rock or the local Java conection in Harrison. If you don't like the photos you don't have to look at it. You don't even have to comment on this thread.

I have lived not far from Harrison for 32 years. There was a time a few years ago when the KKK was an issue, but there has been no problems in that respect for several years.
I, too, am wondering what your purpose is for posting this.

No purpose, just though it was a neat pc. of history. I have a scrap book of a man who seemed to be a almost every rally in the area. It has burning crosses, women with swastika arm bands. He even has photos of George Lincoln Rockwell. It was quite a scrap book with ID cards for the KKK and NSWPP and WAR. I sold it already just thought it was kind of cool seeing people with Harrison Arkansas and a PO box on it demonstrating. I thought it would be nice to have a few of the photos out in the public domain before I ship it off to the new owner back east. I don't collect this area but there is a base of people who does collect it. I heard a rumor that Bush 41 visits the area in secret. But this may be some idle talk. Anyways enjoy.

Heh.....

How long ago was the thread when I mentioned laying odds on when somebody else would pick this up.

Everybody knew the kid, when they were young, whose mother was constantly saying, "Don't pick at that or it'll bleed".

Unforunately, that leaves them one hand to bang on a keyboard.

I have some of the Harrison cross burnings and the KKK new membership meetings. If interested PM me. I have posted photos of the whole 90 page album on several other forums. Once out on the internet millions of people will have them on their hard drive. I do not believe in trying to sugar coat history. I had people fighting to buy it. Can't believe I got 525$ for it.

Not at all. That's fairly common knowledge and has been discussed ad nauseum here.

And actually, if I feel your intent is to stir trouble (and I do) then as the moderator of the AR forum I am compelled to comment on this thread and give any level of infraction warranted by your behavior. By reading your other posts in the Kansas forum you are an obvious agitator and feel some need to wage a vendetta againt people in your locale. I question your intent and integrity. You post these pictures here and state wrongly the location they depict, demonstrating you have NO knowledge of this area. Your OP is seemingly devoid of characterization but also lacks disclaimers. Your intent was obvious, paint an entire region you do not like in a very specific color. I do not believe in sugar coating history either which is why I have posted NUMEROUS times on the history of Harrison, which I actually know. I do my best to give the bad stuff right along with the good. How can you even pretend to be objective and tell us the story of these pictures (the good and the bad) if you yourself don't even know where they were taken? How many counter protestors were there if any? How many arrests were there if any? Who are these people? Are any of them locally important? A picture may tell a thousand words but without the set and setting they may tell a story that is counterproductive to building a truly equitable society.

You state that you do not collect this type of thing but yet you see fit to peddle it and profit from hate. Do you think you are doing some public good here? The best treatment that "memorabilia" should have gotten was a good burning.
