Hi there everyone. Local ozark's family of four here. We are seriously lookin to buy a small piece of property. Prefer to have at least electricity, and water. But we will consider all possibilities. Campers, shops, old buildings, as long as it is over 1 acre of property. No restrictions. We are modern homesteaders on a mission.

You've got to have 10 acres or more to have no restrictions in AR.

Electricity can be run in, and wells can be dug.

Choose your area, then contact a realtor. There are many to choose from.

I agree with RogMar. Since you are looking for owner financing, finding a Realtor in your desired area will be very helpful in locating the right property for you! Also, they will eliminate your need to call on every property you are interested in to check on the restrictions. Good Luck!
