No they don't................

I drove over there a while back with a broken fuel pump from my John Deere.

They gave me an odd glance when I asked them, "Well.....OK...can you *order* it??"

Folks 'round here say, "If Wal Mart doesn't have it, you don't need it".

Well.....I need that durned fuel pump.

I don't know if the humidity is higher, but the temps certainly are. This is the case winter and summer.

Usually flew out of Little Rock and into Fort Smith. It's not that there is less humidity in Georgia it's just that the humidity feels cleaner.

that is an interesting way to put it? Cleaner? I am not quite sure what that means? Ft Smith is a little warmer overall than here, but Little Rock is much warmer and much more humid..

"cleaner"????? Could it be all those peach trees making it SMELL cleaner??

To the OP....there's NO reason you shouldn't move here that I can think of unless you don't wanna hunker down every spring and be on tornado watch. But those things seem to be popping up everywhere now days.

GOOD LUCK!!! and keep us posted.

Thanks for all the comments. We will definately consider the humidity but if that is the worst we have to think about I think we're in good shape to take a trip there. Maybe Hot Springs will be our 'Zen'

Default thoughts on Hot Springs

I grew up in Hot Springs and the only thing that I consider to be a real negative to the area is how shallow many of the people are. I went to Lakeside, and it just seemed like money was EVERYTHING to everyone.

I'm not saying that it isn't a great town and that you shouldn't move there, but just be prepared to jump into the competition head first.

After moving out of state and then coming back to visit, I'm always amazed at how beautiful the mountains are when you are on the bypass coming off of 70 while entering the city. It is just so beautiful in Hot Springs.
