This morning there was a radio show and every single person calling in, except for one, said that Adam was the most talented and that he should have won. The only person that called in for Kris said that she and her daughter voted for him because she found out Adam was gay and saw the pics. Adam is more talented, but America is too closed minded to vote for him and lets prejudice get in the way of talent. Sad.

Congrats to Kris and your state! Our family watched American Idol and was pulling for Kris all the way (at least after Danny was voted off). It wasn't that we were prejudiced against Adam, but we just didn't enjoy his over-the-top performances with all the histrionics. [Can't stand Mariah Carey or Christina Aguillera for that matter, either!] Kris seemed a lot more humble and, honestly, enjoyable as a performer.

Adam has been on stage since he was ten....I think the folks who LOVE american idol want IT to stay true to what it started out to be....a search for talent that has yet to be "discovered"; Kris would be my pick for that one!! Adam is very versatile and he's not going to have any trouble finding fame and fortune. Kris is the one who will be struggling beneath the confines of his handlers. Sexual orientation has nothing to do with it.
