Default Pho Vietnam in Fort Smith
Back when I went to Northside ~99 or so I used to skip class and go hang out there. Great Banh mi, Lol.
Since then I've heard that it has become Quite the ecclectic and locally famous place, this simultanulsy amazes and does not surprise me.
I hear their food is very good and cheap, perhaps this is why they are so popular.
