I imagine this poster has never been south of Indiana. Yankees are moving to the South because it is the future & the economy is good. Look at Detroit & Toledo.

Why did Poles move from Poland to Toledo years ago? Opportunity & hope. Same reason Yankees move south. The rust belt is finished.

And there was a time when a lot of Southerners headed North to Detroit to work in the auto factories. Yes, times have surely changed.

For one thing we don't have welfare in this state they way it used to be. Yes, there is still some Medicaid left for people, but cash assistance has been gone for years that some depended on years ago. Some still get some cash, but hardly any. I live here, so I know.

Really??? I doubt what you are saying, only because you don't understand how the money is given out now-a-days. Yes, many people are off welfare, but many have been added to the SSI roles and therefore get money each month. You do know what SSI is don't you? It is now the defacto welfare that is being used in this country.
