We are thinking of moving to Elkins and in some of the forums I have seen people mention that the commute into Fayetteville on Hwy 16 is "terrible". Well, "terrible" can mean different things to different people. For example, I am sure someone living in NY, LA, Chicago, Boston or any major congested city will think the drive is "wonderful" where someone who has lived in a small rural area will think any road with a stoplight is "terrible". So, to take the emotion out of my question, I would like to know from those of you who live in Elkins and commute into Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, etc. how many miles you have to drive and how long (on average) it takes you to get to work. As Joe Friday would say "just stick to the facts ma'am".
Anyone want to give me some details? Also, if you wouldn't mind saying where in general you live around Elkins (such and such a subdivision, a couple of miles north of Elkins), that would help to.
Thanks for the help
