I am from Louisiana and looking at moving to Arkansas. I wanted a place with a small town out in the country feel. I am looking at a piece of property to build on in Flippin Arkansas. It is a 1.28 Acre piece. I am currently working in the accounting field and was wanting to find out about commute times to and from work and the best towns close by to look for work. I am not wanting to travel no more than 30 minutes one way. Also i was wanting to find out about property values and how fast they rise. I am looking at building a 2800 sq ft home.

Property values are going up in Flippin. For a small piece of land to build a house on, it can be as high as $12,000.00 per acre for around 2 acres.
