NWA: Lambeth Drive, Bella Vista - what's up?
I was perusing real estate listings in Bella Vista and found one I was interested in on Lambeth Drive, Bella Vista. Then I dug further and realized a whole bunch of homes next to each other are all for sale (by different owners) and wondered if Rayburn Lake had suddenly become toxic or a helipad was being built across the street or perhaps Ebola had broken out ...?
Just curious if something more than coincidence is driving the sales?
Any Bella Vistans have the scoop?

The only house for sale I can find on Lambeth is 51 Lambeth Dr.
How many other houses on Lambeth Drive are you finding for sale?

Sue, I know you are just trying to help, but I don't think you can publish things like email or websites (in this case a website) for any company, especially when it is your own son. I think many of us would like to publish our business information, but we know that is free advertising which isn't what the city-data is all about.
