Why are Houses More Expensive in NW Arkansas than in some Big Town in Texas???

I still cant get over the cost Arkansas taxes. This is why I moved from out of Texas. I LOVE IT IN ARKANSAS!!!!!

Everything is pretty much cheaper here in Arkansas period!

Well I don't really know what the home prices are doing in NWA in late 2009 but you sound like your enjoying it up there pau

you can comment all you want: By the way, I am doing just fine and we still love living here. We do miss our friends in NM, but that is all. Last Aug we made a trip back, spent 4 days there. As soon as we walked into the grocery store I remembered why we left and thanked God for helping us find NWA.
