I heard the San Francisco Giants are relocating to Bentonville or Bella Vista due to Global Warming in 2012. There was an article in the San Francisco Chronicle last week.

(1) You can't win a Nobel Peace Prize <or> pay the bills by saying "I have no idea what is going to happen to global temperatures".

(2) The low tonight (August 14th) in Hot Springs Village is expected to be 63, and the high for the next 3 days is 91. Feel the heat, baby! My first summer in Little Rock back in the early 1990s it was 100+ every day for almost a full month.

Right! As my husband used to say..."Hide and watch" . Everything goes in cycles.

And in 1980 we had 40 days during the summer that got to 100 or higher. This summer we have hardly had any days that reached 95. I will take this "global warming" anytime.

yep, everything in cycles. When we were still in Dallas (about the mid 1990s) we had an entire summer, from I want to say about June 20th until early Sept without a drop of rain and about 2000 we too had several days in a row way above 100.

Do not feel bad!! Preying on people's fears has been going on for centuries. I always google everything I read and doubt. I get a wide variety of info and form my own opinions (which I am always open to change). Have a look at the Mena area (Polk County) The BEST place to retire in the USA!!!

Oh no......

It's global warming....gloom and doom.

Despite the fact we're running cooler than years before..

It's Bush's fault.

Global warming and Bush, the cause of inflation, higher intrest rates, cancer incline, higher crime figures, and the decline of morals.

Uh-huh......
