What is it like living in the Pine Bluff area? Is there alot of crime there and are there plenty of shopping/things to do down in Pine Bluff?

Having lived in White Hall, which is just outside of Pine Bluff, for 10 months I can honestly say I was never so glad to get away from that area. Crime - yes. Unfriendly people - yes. Mall - yes. Close enough to Little Rock to do other things - yes. Would I move back - no.

Smells really bad from the paper mill. Not the best choice, keep looking.
