You can get cable internet in Eureka Springs and the surrounding areas. If you live out in the middle of nowhere you might have issues though.

Thanks Nita. You are just a wealth of information.

Can anyone else tell me more about Pea Ridge area? Their website doesnt tell me much at all about it. Its not even listed in the AAA tourist book either..lol. Did they have their only hareware store close up last year? Are there any good parks in town? Movie theaters?.. For some reason this area is calling to me the most.. Even though I'll be checking out all the areas when I come in October

I don't know a lot about Pea Ridge, but have a little info: there are about 2500 to 3000 people living in the town itself and they do have their own school district. I had heard about the closing of the hardware store, probably due to all the super hardware stores here in Benton County. Yes, they do have a park, but I am not sure what else there is. Of course the community is known for the civil war museum and battle field.

One thing I will mention, which may make a difference to you, maybe not, the town is thick with Baptists churches. This may not be a bad thing, but did want to point out the baptist influence is probably very much a part of the community.
