Yeah I figured that! The last time my wife and I stayed there in October the temp was in the 30's. It was ridiculously cold for October IMO.

Lol we lived in northern New York state for 4 years, it gets 30 below zero there in the winter so coldness doesnt bother me at all.

I dont mind the snow/cold but dont want it straight for months on end anymore.. In january we had 10 straight days under zero and that was enough of that for me.. Our hot water line froze Time to move south..lol

In New York we had winter for 9 months out of the year 30 below zero and over 20 feet of snow...I love Oklahoma's winters LOL

That little yellow house in Foosball's second picture is available for rent, or at least it used to be. That is my favorite house in all of Eureka Springs! I can't for the life of me remember the name of it, though!

LOL....it can also be very warm in October in Eureka! When packing for a spring or fall trip to NW Arkansas, always bring both summer and winter clothes.

Yeah same here in MI. I got married in the middle of Oct.. OUTSIDE. Everyone said I was CRazY.. But I knew it would be OK.. It was 70 and sunny that day.. BEAUTIFUL!! Being surrounded by lakes we are already ready for any weather..lol.. Thanks!
