If anyone has any recommendations for me, i would greatly appreciate! I own a couple of acres in Brookland, (the house is old, and would need to be torn down). Brookland is growing like crazy, even a new hospital coming soon just down the highway. One house down a new small sub-division is being built, how do i go about selling my land, how do i get the best price? Everyone says hold on to it since they are building new homes all around me. I want to sell, but get the max amount i can, but have NO idea how to go about this.....any advice??? ty

Don't have a clue, hopefully someone will be able to give you a figure in the ballpark, I doubt it. Your best bet is to contact a realtor. They will not charge you just to give you a price. As for getting the most you can, everyone wants that, whether you get top $$ depends on how anxious you are to sell.
