This isn't anything spectacular, but the Fort Smith National Historic Site has a webcam that updates every 30 seconds. It is facing the parade grounds of the second Fort Smith.

Speaking of Calico Rock, I was over there yesterday for an appt. and had time to kill.
We went driving around and did the ghost town, and eventually took the street with the the "White River access-3 miles" sign. Drove for a while on that, when we came upon the sign that proclaims, "Million Dollar View".
Yes, it certainly was.
BTW, Marmac......how are the restaurants downtown? White River Cafe' is the only place I've eaten there.

Downtown Hot Springs... perhaps from one of the Bath houses or from the Arlington.

All great ideas. And I agree with Hannu that there are a dearth of livecams in Arkansas. The natural beauty is one of Arkansas' greatest assets.

There is a webcam on the Fayetteville square. They change the perspective each day, changing direction and angle, so today there is altogether too much rooftop, but quite often it's directed straight down on the square, and during the Festival of the Lights it's often focused on a corner of the OPO, so you can see the lights and people enjoying the carriage rides.

While I think a web-cam placed on Dickson Street ( DICKSONST.COM ) in Fayetteville would be entertaining as there is almost always something going on - - would give viewers a taste of what the area is like during a festival or on game-day or during events like 'Bikes, Blues & BBQ'. However, I wouldn't necessarily call it 'scenic' as much as it would be 'entertaining'.
So my suggestion for a live web-cam would be on the Buffalo River - south side, pointed north up the river at Pruitt landing. A known Elk crossing area, beautiful bluffs, with a nice bend in the river to capture floaters coming down the river ... and to cap it off there is a sharp 90--degree left hand turn in rapids at the end to catch those 'capsize' moments.
