Winslow, Arkansas???
I am looking for a place with four mild seasons. Someone told me to look for the highest elevation city in Arkansas and Winslow was listed as the highest. What is the weather like? Is it very humid? What are the highs in the summer and the winter? Email me. Thanks, azloafer@cox.net
