He just completed the rectory for the church and I believe he will give you a fair and honest opinion of your prospects of building a home in HSV. If I get to take my walk this afternoon or tomorrow, I'll write down some of the other builders current having homes under construction. Prices are generally higher here on square footage basis; however, many of the good builders put a lot of quality as well as extra's into the homes.
