There is very little information about a military move to Singapore. I am interested in gathering information about schools, locations for possible home, medical, marketing, etc. Am looking for assistance from fellow military spouses. Thanks!

I am not sure the military has a big enough presence to have their own schools or medical.... just a thought. Also limiting yourself to military spouses is quite a small % of people who have lived in Singapore....

Moving to Singapore? My condolences...

Seriously, if you want info on Singapore, do a google search on 'singapore alloexpat forums'. There are people living there who love to brag about that former swamp-turned-shopping mall. I doubt that you will get much useful information from here (me).

Or me - I lived there before moving to the US and it was by far the dullest place I lived and we lived in a shop-house on Emerald Hill.... Controlled, conservative and sanitized. I have some lovely friends there but wild horses wouldn't drive me back.

I agree....Singapore expat forum will be your best bet.

Sigh .. or better choice is to relocate to British Properties where LHL has a bungalow with 180-degree view of the Lions Gate bridge.
