Sanya Hainan province in China is worth exploring into.

There are no restrictions on purchases of landed properties by foreigners in Sentosa Island.

In fact, foreigners as well as permanent residents can buy landed properties on mainland Singapore once their applications are approved by the authorities.

No it's not ALWAYS at least 90, even the average maximum is just below 90F, although it's still hot and very humid.

It used to be like one big extended family of uncle, BIL, nephew, DIL, father and son and the HG. Anyway, the 4 contenders for the current presidential election all bear the same surname.

Kunming, China (without the beaches) resembles it...as it's high elevation and southern part of China...

But generally, most of Asia is excessively hot and humid....I can't think of any dry heat areas....at least not in the Pacific Asia region.
