I prefer milk too instead of sugar. It gets too sweet.

I actually eat thai papaya salad too and it taste good. We have also dish that is related to papaya and we call it Achara.

Damn I cannot wait to take a trip next yr to Asia to try all these goodies! I am pleasantly surprised by the stuff I see in Manilla. Makes me want to consider visiting now!
