Turkey...no doubt! My favorite country...loved the people, the food, the sights/architecture. I want to go back to explore more.

Depends on who you are. If you are an Asian, Malaysia may be a better option.
Also, I hate Turkish food.

Easily Malaysia. A couple of years ago I would've answered differently, but Turkey has been turning into a third world country recently

Having lived in Turkey previously, I'd go back to live in a flash.

Ordinarily I would choose Turkey but with its politics in a regressive move backwards, and terrorism a present and real threat (especially Istanbul and Ankara), I would choose Malaysia. Quite a nice place overall.

While I like Turkey, at the present, Malaysia is a lot more stable, socially and politically so I'd opt for there. Plus I dig durian!

I would never like to live in Turkey. No way.

Malaysia, well, maybe a couple of months, but too warm and humid for me. I 'd rather choose Japan or Korea.

I spent 17 years in Malaysia, but I wouldn't want to live there now. The prime minister is involved in the largest embezzlement and money laundering scheme in the history of the world, and the US Department of Justice is shining a light on the scheme. That will mean that the PM (Pencuri Mega) will accuse the USA of trying to take down his government. Thus, I suspect a wave of anti-American propaganda could be coming forthwith. If the Malay crooks were willing to murder and steal from their own people, they won't think twice about doing it to foreigners.
