I was only 14...wouldn't wanna cause a scene there anyway. Pushing someone on an elevator can be very dangerous. Of course he didn't have the foresight to realise that...

It usually doesn't work when the one complaining speaks a foreigner language or is a foreigner speaking the local language. Foreign language or people are simply ignored by local people.
