Please anyone here know how to read in Filipino? (country, place, speak)

Im trying to locate a Plastics Manufacturing company in the Philippines , but I lost their contact info..
but I do have a picture of us infront of their factory and in the background there is a
plaque that I believe is an address, but cant tell for sure since I can read it. Please PM and
I can email you the picture

The native language in much of the Phillipines is Tagalog. My Dad learned to speak bits of it while stationed there in WWII.

Search on Google and you can find free Tagalog to English translation sites.

Filipino addresses are basically in English using English letters but use a lot of Filipino names for streets etc. Type the word you see into a Google search and see if you can find it that way. The Philippines is a big place 7107 islands, so finding even a street or town will not always help you since they will have the same named area in different parts of the country.
