How are you treated by full Koreans? I know they're really hung up about 'blood', I hope they don't treat you any differently/give you any trouble. Of course not including your family.

Full Koreans who aren't my family members don't really get along with me and I don't really get along with them. I don't know a whole lot about Korean customs, religions, rituals, or language. They're too judgemental in my opinion. Especially my grandmother who only likes me when I'm not dating my hot Hispanic girlfriends.

What about Korean Americans? I'm sure they're pretty different from Koreans from Korea?

I've met a few Koreans, but haven't got to know any of them that well. Seem like a friendly bunch.

The only full blooded Korean person that I'm friends with was raised in Atlanta and is pretty Korean to the core. There are still times though that I don't get along with him. He doesn't date outside his race and all his friends are native Koreans who speak the language and keep up with the culture.

Wonder what the stats are among Koreans as to how often they date outside their nationality/race. I heard it was highest for Japanese and lowest for Koreans among Asians.

You're lucky being half and half. Most girls love that, it's exotic but not TOO exotic lol. I wish there were more Hispanics here, they're gorgeous. Maybe I will teach English in Ecuador one day, although they probably wanna learn the American accent lol.

Asians in general I feel stick to their own race.

Yeah, being mixed is a huge asset for me. I have used it as a conversation starter in meetings lol. Mostly because the other party has never met an Asian looking person who is half white with a NY accent.

So you sound just like an Italian or Jewish New Yorker? lol

Yeah most Asians here, men and women, still date within their race, which is no surprise.

Not much in Danang itself but I loved Hue, Hoi An and surrounds. Central Vietnam is my favourite part of the country.
I'm from its border state, Kedah.

Danang will be my base to explore Hue and other Central Vietnamese locales.
