CBD's in Metro Manila with a cluster of high rise buildings:

1. Makati CBD (largest and one of the best in SEA - combination of old and new)
2. Bonifacio Global City Makati-Taguig - (all new and Modern - could be the best in SEA)
3. Ortigas Center Mandaluyong Pasig
4. Eastwood Libis Quezon City
5. Alabang (Malls, office buildings, IT Park, hotels - (all new)
6. MOA area/Entertainment city area - Pasay - (all new - one of the best in SEA)
7. Binondo Manila area (oldest CBD)
8. Roxas blvd Manila area (combination of old and new)
9. Araneta Center Cubao QC area (Condos; entertainment; office spaces)
10. Green Hills San Juan (Not that big though)
11. Rockwell Makati (Cluster of buildings owned by the Lopezes - not the big though)
12. Makati Circuit (under construction)
13. New QC CBD (under construction)
14. New Taguig CBD FTI area - (under construction)
15. Resorts World Pasay area (entertainment, hotels, condo, mall)

The list does not include CBDs of other cities in the Metro like Paranaque, Pasig city down town, Caloocan, Valenzuela since the building are not in cluster (i.e., scattered similar to those in Jakarta and Bangkok.)

I'm referring to first class malls. Try it so you will know which mall offers you the better service.
At a first glance though, you can easily determine that 1st class type of malls in the Philippines are the biggest in terms of area.

This is ridiculous, why don't you try Indonesian malls and see how its first class first rather than making another blind statement.

Any source or just blind ignorant statement? those doesn't make anything in Manila any better than Bangkok.

But Manila definitely also floods, but mainly due to the clogged rivers, not because it's below sea level. And Manila is at a greater risk for a big earthquake because there's a fault line under the city.
This again? does Manila even do anything about it? i assume not:

Jakarta hides behind the wings of Garuda | News item | Government.nl

The future is brighter for Jakarta, while Manila will sunk into the deep sea if it does nothing.

And do you even know how many volcanoes are there in Java that makes it quiet dangerous location? ohh and there are more risk to typhoon to Manila other than the earthquake.

Actually the top 2 are in China. Malaysia's 1 Utama is almost the same size as EDSA and the SM Megamall. Plus the income inequality isn't as glaring as the Phils.

Manila is doing something about it. They've been clearing the waterways and removing squatters who live right on the waterways. Manila's flooding is mostly due to the clogged waterways and not because of sea level (which is Jakarta's problem). But if they wanted to build a dam to close up Manila Bay, they could easily do that because the opening is so narrow. Jakarta is completely exposed to the sea

I think the two big ones in China are vacant, or at least one of them is.
