CBD's in Metro Manila with a cluster of high rise buildings:
1. Makati CBD (largest and one of the best in SEA - combination of old and new)
2. Bonifacio Global City Makati-Taguig - (all new and Modern - could be the best in SEA)
3. Ortigas Center Mandaluyong Pasig
4. Eastwood Libis Quezon City
5. Alabang (Malls, office buildings, IT Park, hotels - (all new)
6. MOA area/Entertainment city area - Pasay - (all new - one of the best in SEA)
7. Binondo Manila area (oldest CBD)
8. Roxas blvd Manila area (combination of old and new)
9. Araneta Center Cubao QC area (Condos; entertainment; office spaces)
10. Green Hills San Juan (Not that big though)
11. Rockwell Makati (Cluster of buildings owned by the Lopezes - not the big though)
12. Makati Circuit (under construction)
13. New QC CBD (under construction)
14. New Taguig CBD FTI area - (under construction)
15. Resorts World Pasay area (entertainment, hotels, condo,mall)
The list does not include CBDs of other cities in the Metro like Paranaque, Pasig city down town, Caloocan, Valenzuela since the building are not in cluster (i.e., scattered similar to those in Jakarta and Bangkok.)
