Simple Question for all the Indians on this form.

Their is no option of it staying as a Union territory

Why does India not disolve its Union Territory status then and just give it to punjab and find a place for Haryana to have a new capital?

Not all haryanavis are basically punjabi hindus(arora clan), almost 18% of population in haryana is of punjabi origin still strong with punjabi culture and identity and settled in haryana after 1947 indo-pak partition, rest 82% haryana population is not related to punjabi culture in any way they are either jaat/scythian origin or aggarwals in big numbers and rest is a mix of all other several castes in brahmins and various others.
