It is a known fact that there are quite a few Filiphinos have done so if you have been reading the Israelis press and speaking with Israelis for years and years. Of course, there are always exceptions in any group.

At the moment, there are only religious marriages in Israel. But many Israelis that don't want to go through a religious ceremony, go to Cyprus to get married. Israel recognizes civil marriages performed outside of Israel and the Israeli Ministry of Interior will register such marriages and couples will have all the rights of married people in Israel (except they won't be able to get divorced in Israel if they are not of the same religion).
