Not so much the PRC as a political entity, but China as a nation with it's long history, a civilisation, and a culture.

Do most other Asian countries tend to still respect Chinese civilisation? Would you says the Sinosphere countries tend to still look up to China? Although aspects of Chinese culture are deeply embedded in Korea and Vietnam there might also be resentment mixed in from years of Chinese domination.

I know many Southeast Asian nations don't always have a very positive image of China and the Chinese, but what do they think of China as a civilisation, it's accomplishments as well as it's 'sins'?
