Usually they come from the northeast....

One area that never gets them is most of Mindinao...like Davao, and further south. General Santos, etc.

I dont know the complete crime stats, but the homicide rate is slightly higher than the US, so it's relatively okay, but it's more dangerous compared to most countries in the region. Also, there's terrorism in the South and the risk of kidnapping anywhere.
