If I was going to guess the figures, I would guess something like
Zhejiang: 110
Guangdong: 105
Tibet: 90

But remember that is just a guess.
Ok, then why do the Guangdong kids don't study as hard as the Zhejiang kids?

Most likely due to culture and their different situation. The south in general has a more laid back and open culture. Also, there are no top universities in Guangdong, except for in Hong Kong. But Hong Kong universities do not only look at your grades.

However, Zhejiang kids need to fight to get into the best universities in Shanghai. Since, they don't live in Shanghai, then they have to get higher grades than Shanghainese. If you grades are not high enough, then you will end up in some local university and will never get anywhere.

Zhejiang University is one of the top universities in China too. Universities in Hong Kong do not admit students from Guangdong more than from Zhejiang. They have very limited quota for students in mainland, and they do not consider which province they are from.

The tested children are 8~10 year olds. Studying hard or not does not make a huge difference by then.

Well, I am sure it is not easy to get into Zhejiang University either. What are your options if you can't get into any of them. You will always be behind the people who attended the top universities.

It makes a difference for the parents and they will push their kids harder. Your university choice matters more in Zhejiang than in Guangdong.

Why do people with such high IQ's are so rude and inconsiderate when waiting in line to order some food and why do many of them like to spit with a very loud noise on the ground?

A lot of assumptions. If we are talking about teenagers, pressure certainly makes a huge difference. But 3rd graders...I think not. Actually playing more may help.

So your basic premise is that if someone is malnourished, then they probably wont score high on some examination. Well thank you captain obvious.

There are kids still living in nomad tents in rural Tibet. There are areas where monasteries offer the only education, and that "education" is a far cry from anything we call education. (Memorizing prayers, mostly, and learning to read and write in Tibetan.) Kids from that type of environment would have no familiarity with a standardized test. And it leaves the girls out altogether. Urban boys and girls would have a Chinese education, but they'd be kind of like inner-city kids here in the US; many parents don't understand the need for formal education, so they don't provide support in the home. They don't tell the kids to do their homework, and so forth. Parents or grandparents may have grown up believing the world was flat, and that disease is caused by spirits that govern the body. There's no vocabulary in Tibetan for scientific terms. Those kids are handicapped in that regard.

There are chinese people in the Netherlands? Didn't know that.

But if there is, there are probably from Guangdong, which only has an average IQ of 100, which is average not high.
