Those provinces have a great VARIANCE from each other, which cannot be explained by iodine alone.
Their range of averages is from 90s to 110s, even though the children do not lack iodine.

Also, you can see in some provinces, the distribution of IQ is far from normal/Gaussian. Therefore either the test does not fit them, or the sample has some problem.

in your OP you said the low iodine affected the children scores right? You did say that right?
