My American friends told me they find it easier to approach fellow westerners than asian people in Tokyo, Seoul, Shanghai, HK and Singapore. They commented the Asians in the major cities were not friendly and did not want to talk with them. They went to some nightlife places and about half of the people did not respond when being apporached. What do you think?
