Ok friends here's the situation I'm looking to buy a small vacation pad. Basically I'm looking to buy a place that is a little less then twice my annual gross income. So basically before tax in two years time I will make more than the cost of said apartment. (I'm not buying a million dollar penthouse here) I understand lending to none citizens in japan is difficult but I'm wondering if I would be more likely To receive a loan since the risk is fairly low. Thanks guys:-)
