Haha I'm not competing with anybody. I'm just stating my views as an outsider, although I do feel I have some vested interest in Singapore. I have relatives there, a part of me is still Singaporean, via my mother and also visiting etc. I wish the best for Singapore, Singaporeans as well as the Filipinos working there. I have nothing against Filipinos (even though i might appear to be anti-Philippines to some).
Wonder why hermossa who have strong interest in phillipines isn't commenting on this thread ..
Why is it disturbing(unless you're a Filipino yourself)? Do you help beggars? If you don't, then that's pretty much the same thing.
Yea really disturbing, I disagree with that ideals. Even the most beautiful people in the world would have chances of getting an unattractive ugly child. The thing is no matter what you do there will always be handsome and ugly people everywhere. Otherwise, if you relate ugly people with 3rd world countries or beggars then I would say Japan, US, Canada, Australia and any developed countries could be 3rd world coz there are lots of unattractive, ugly (talking abt physicality,inner beauty is another story) people in there. Even the richest people on earth has chances to bear ugly child. Everyone of is endowed with different gifts, abilities & capabilities. Physicality doesn't make us better than anybody else.
And what are you talking abt Chinese having so many kids? When they have one-child-policy, at least I think they can have two nowadays if they are really well-off.
