Too harsh, the recent frequency of such incidents seem to indicate it is not harsh enough

Got to be even harsher

Well maybe...but it's still sort of ridiculous. What next, 10 years in jail?

What is the core to the underlying problem?

The drunk China national who is drunk and leering at everyone...and who passes out naked?

Or the kid being exposed to a passed out guy naked?

I think the behavior of the China National and how they act and behave in Singapore is the larger problem? Or is there an issue with public nudity that needs to be addressed?

If its a nudity thing, how much more can it be addressed? Isn't it already illegal to be nude in Singapore? I think its already gone so far, that even if you saw someone naked who was in their own home, that would also be a fine for the naked person. It seems a bit too much.

Ive never heard of a 5-year-old being aroused by a drunk middle-aged man either. That's just weird. If it were even possible, than its a serious sign of serious repression.
