OMG Muslims are considered foreigners.... even in Indonesia the Christians, Buddhist and Hindus are considered Indonesian by right.... and Muslims aren't ethnic foreigners. And i thought the Muslims of Minandao are Austronesians Filipinos as well

What's the pop of Santiago? How would you describe it, is it cosmopolitan or just like any other provincial cities?

Provincial city with night life @ 132k population. though the unique in this city are the mix of people. Big population of Indian, Chinese, the growing Koreans and British community. plus a season of extreme cold weather during the month of February tht sometimes reaches to 16 degrees or lower.

Also, very near and good as pivotal point to Banaue Rice Terraces, Mayayao Rice Terraces, Exotic Quirino Province, and it has an Access road to Pacific Beaches of Dinadjawan Aurora and Dinapique in Isabela.

I'm sorry Goshio for using the word foreign. I personally do not consider them foreigner but only foreign in the sense that the original inhabitants of the city are the ethnic Ybanags and Gaddangs.

Now, the city is the home of different groups of people; a melting pot.The point is, any race of person is very much welcome in the city.
