Women in Pyongyang try to follow the "fashion" in China and other countries. Although not all can afford it.

Many Chinese and other foreigners travel to North Korea every year. I did not hear them say North Koreans' clothes are weird.
Of course, there is a huge difference between the city and the country side, as in most developing countries (especially "communist" countries).

Since you are <Theunbrainwashed> I'll assume that you are saying this based on what you personally saw on a trip to North Korea
Or am I wrong?

I'd go with either the Caucasus region (particularly Azerbaijan, but also Armenia and Georgia), Central Asia, and a lot of South Asia. Those areas are so mysterious and unknown to the foreigner, and have very interesting cultures. I think East and Southeast Asia and the cultures from there have become more "commercialized", if that makes sense (K-Pop, J-Pop, C-Pop, cuisines from those nations, etc). And I think the Middle East is also, to some degree, not as exotic as other nations in Asia.

IF the Caucasus count as Asia. I'd say they're the most exotic place in Europe.

As for Asia: Bhutan and Mongolia? Tuva? The Buryat Republic? Kyrgyzstan? Orchid Island, Taiwan? Bali? Nicobar Island, India? Kashmir and Ladakh?

Part of Georgia and Azerbaijan do lie in Europe...but most of those countries are in Asia. Armenia is entirely in Asia. And the people generally have West Asian features, not White features. Of course, there are the exceptions, but that's in every ethnicity (my sister is Black and Native American, but pale, blonde, and blue-eyed from the European blood in my family; doesn't make her White).

People need to realize that just because someone doesn't look East Asian doesn't mean that they aren't Asian. Take Indians or Afghans, for example.
