I just found out it is a disaster and my best recourse is Johnny Air Cargo. Anyone use it?

I never had a problem with packages to Manila with the different carriers. Cards on the other hand one with pictures didn't make it I can theorize that someone was hoping to get cash.

Big NO. Johnny Air is much better.

It is not unusual to receive Christmas cards in February or March mailed outside the Philippines late November/early December.

And if it is "taxable", no matter how small its value is, the PH customs can charge you some outrageous amounts. From last Christmas, PHL Customs officials ruin little boy's Christmas | SciTech | GMA News Online

Thanks Guys. Going Johnny Air to be absolute on this. It is a pickup center only but fortunately there is an office in the receiver city.
