In general? I'd say:

South Indian
Thailand/North India
Malaysia/Singapore/Sichuan and central Chinese
Indonesia/Laos
Cambodia/Vietnam/Korea/Southern Chinese
Philippines/Japanese/Northern Chinese

I'm Australian of Singaporean/Malaysian food and have always liked hot food, whether it be Indian, Thai, Malaysian, Mexican.etc. My sisters, however, don't have much of a tolerance while my parents of course do.

If Southern Chinese means Cantonese and Fujianese, they actually eat less spicy food than Northern Chinese. Especially, people in Northwest China (Shaanxi, Gansu) can eat quite spicy food.

Southern Chinese (as noted, Cantonese and Fujianese, and even including Shanghainese) are among the least spicy. Korean and Vietnamese are definitely spicier.

Filipinos are one of the least tolerant when it comes to spicy food. Except for a region in southern Luzon called Bicol, spicy food is basically absent in Filipino cuisine.

In fact, some Filipinos find it horrifying that some people like Koreans/Indians eat spicy food every day.

Korean, Sichuanese (SW/S? China), and Padangnese (Indonesia) are several of many famous spicy asian cuisines, I think ?

My hometown at South Sumatra province of Indonesia has many spicy foods too. Definitely among the most spicy cuisines in Indonesia.
I think I can handle spicy food quiet well. Most of the time from 1 to 5 stars I always choose 4 stars spicy at restaurants.

You should replace South China with Southwest China. Food in Guangdong, Fujian etc is very bland to me - as bland as Japanese food.

Spicy provinces: Sichuan, Hunan, Jiangxi, Guizhou, Yunnan (to some extent).

I don't eat extremely spicy food, however, Sichuan food is the most delicious food in China. Sichuan food is not that spicy but 麻.
