Being arrested and incarcerated in Singapore is no joke. No bed, no air con or even a fan. Sleep on a concrete floor with two blankets. Shorts, T shirt and plastic slippers. 23 hours in cell. One hour rec time. Almost feel sorry for him.

You don't have to feel sorry for him.. This is Singapore . He is not a king and has to abide by our rules and regulation and norms if he wants to survive here. I wonder if he is an attention seeker or whatever.

His disrespect to other religions and etc shows that he is not worthy of any pity or etc

He is an embarrassment to the nation. Perhaps one day he will grow up and act like an adult (one can hope).

Well I don't feel bad for him. He knew the law and purposefully violated it.

I don't really agree with the law and its one of the things I don't particularly care for about Singapore (and would make it hard for me to make Singapore my permanent home) but its the law in Singapore so its should be followed if your in Singapore.

Really though, its not very difficult to hide your identity and post stuff anonymously on the internet if he wanted to, so not sure why he didn't do that.

Oh My. Big Brother is always watching you in Singapore. Here we tolerate the misfits and their distasteful remarks in order to preserve the rights of all citizens to engage in free speech.

I think it's great, and I wish the U.S. criminal system was more like Singapore's.
