China? China just may want the Philippines to spend it's entire military budget trying to support 40 year old fighter jets with no targets while rebels within the nation weakens it to the point where fishermen in the South China Sea world be left on their own

With potential penalties of life for weed there is no legal incentive to stop there or at ecstasy and not move on to meth if you have the market

If he needs to kill people so much that are involved in drugs why not start with the corrupt police officers that keep the business alive instead of the users?

Still it may be possible that some rogue policemen took justice into their own hands. You have to remember that there are many cartel type drug rings operating throughout the Philippines and some of the killings may have been drug dealers protecting their territory from other drug dealers just like what has been seen in places like Columbia and Mexico.
B.S. He is a backtracker on his words, then. I saw a web page where squatters are being paid to perform hits on drug dealers for a 20,000 pesos payoff. Sure, dats a lotta money for a squatter!

That is a sign is a two faced person that can't be trusted on his word.
