South Korea has built a new city called "Songdo" near Incheon, with advanced environmentally-green and futuristic technology. However, residents find it rather sterile and cold. Many of its high-rise apartments remain unfilled. It's still a work in progress.

The lack of socialisation I notice is mainly among outsiders. Seoul and Koreans are notouriously hard to make friends with.

Ecological friendly smart sustainable utopia. For mainland Asia, sufficiently evade negative stereotypes that isn’t beneficial to the real stage if South Korea didn’t function well. Science proven: http://www.gisintersect.com/wp-conte...02/epi2010.jpg Able to leave Europe, and remember Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Cuba, Georgia, Malaysia, Philippines, Japan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, New Zealand. On the contrary, South Korea is on middle continuum spectrum.
