What boards are you using ?
What are your qualifications ?
What type of pass are you hoping to achieve ?
Jobs in Singapore are plentiful but getting a "living" wage in Singapore is difficult. It is a very expensive place and saving money is almost impossible.
It's still in better shape than 99% of the countries. At least as far as economy goes. Most other countries have way higher unemployment rate or way worse pay, or both.

I suppose the unemployment rate is just 1-2% higher than Taiwan, though i guess you are staying there so it doesnt really apply to you.
Well Anyway i learnt not to trust the official released unemployment statistics, as far as Singapore is concerned.
Good luck. Guess there's no unemployment insurance in S'pore like here in the US. One of our relatives lost his oil company job. Now selling real estate and appears to be making a decent salary. Isn't there also a bit of gender and age bias against females? Can recall several years ago newspaper ads stating employers were not interested in female applicants over a certain age.
No I'm sure that the unemployment rate here is higher than in Singapore, and the money is really bad.
You should pack up your bags and head over to North America or Australia...
Taiwan sucks...
