I don't get scammed because I am not a foreigner in both HK and SZ. HK Chinese are not viewed as foreigners in mainland China.
Foreigners are more likely.
Unlike what some people disbelieve, many HK Chinese people goto Shenzhen, some of the middle class may own properties in SZ, including some famous retired HK civil servants. in addition to hanging out in HK, most being residents of NT and Kowloon,not HK Islands residents. So if you have questions about sz, you can also try asking a HK Chinese person instead of a foreigner because the former should know more
SZ's decent properties are not cheaper than HK.
