hi guys. i need your help answering my weird question.
i'm indonesian, work at manila. can i make visa to US while i dont go back to indonesia? i mean i want to make the visa here at manila, philippines

It is called a Third Country Visa, yes an application can be made at the Manila US Embassy. There is no guarantee of being approved however.

But you will likely have to go back to your country or go to your embassy if there is one where you are, to get a police clearance to submit at some point during your application.
