It's the global crisis that affected everyone.

Recently, I met a mainland Taiwanese citizen having a staunchly Pro-Mainland China mindset. Even refusing the name of the former to the alternative of the latter. Not even minding a union back to the original.
Probably a Chinese faking it.

Or he/she's just crazy lol.

from Sydney to:

Delhi, India (13 hours)
Kathmandu, Nepal (12 hours, 5 minutes)
Thiumphu, Bhutan (11 hours, 40 minutes)
Dhaka, Bangladesh (11 hours, 15 minutes)
Beijing, China (11 hours)
Colombo, Sri Lanka (10 hours, 50 minutes)
Naypyidaw, Burma (10 hours, 25 minutes)
Seoul, Korea (10 hours, 20 minutes)
Tokyo, Japan (9 hours, 40 minutes)
Vientiane, Laos (9 hours, 30 minutes)
Bangkok, Thailand (9 hours, 20 minutes)
Hong Kong (9 hours, 10 minutes)
Taipei, Taiwan (9 hours)
Phnom Penh, Cambodia (8 hours, 45 minutes)
Saigon, Vietnam (8 hours, 30 minutes)
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (8 hours, 10 minutes)
Singapore (7 hours, 50 minutes)
Manila, Philippines (7 hours, 45 minutes)
Jakarta, Indonesia (6 hours, 50 minutes)
Suva, Fiji (4 hours)

even the capitals of New Zealand and New Caledonia are well over 2 and half hours away from Sydney.
Why omit other more geographically advantageous locations of Australia around Brisbane, Gold Coast, Cairns, Darwin, Perth to Jakarta Indonesia, Bali, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, Bangkok Thailand, Phuket Thailand, Georgetown Malaysia, Saigon Vietnam, French New Caledonia, Fiji, New Zealand. Drastically tons of hours less. Not just 40 minutes. There are much more intricate networks happening between Australia to vast areas to 5 separate regions of Southeast Asia, including three other major zones of Oceania for other countries!

From Brisbane Australia To:

Noumea New Caledonia (France technically) 2 hours 5 minutes
Auckland New Zealand 3 hours 09 Minutes
Nadi Fiji 3 Hours 30 Minutes

Darwin To:

Bali Denpasar 2 Hours 40 Minutes
Singapore 4 Hours 35 Minutes

Perth To:

Jakarta Indonesia 7 Hours 20 Minutes

Tons of Australia is not having nearly as much restrictive isolation as once though to original reflection.
Trust me, West Coast Of USA is infinitely more further out to various other International Nodes of Global Migration Routes

Perth -Jakarta is much shorter than that, 7.20 would be more like Perth - Bangkok.
