What would you guys consider the most hectic city in Asia? Hectic implying tons of cars, motorcycles, rickshaws, pedestrians weaving around each other? As well as huge crowds and bustle

Ho Chi Minh City? Dhaka? Shanghai? Taipei? Mumbai? Tokyo?

Cities in Taiwan and Japan are relatively MUCH LESS hectic than other asian cities.

True, though it really says more about other parts of Asia than it says about Taiwan and Japan. Even the busiest European or American big cities are far slower and laid back in comparison to most Taiwanese and Japanese cities, except for maybe London and New York.
