I am currently a student at University of Washington planning to graduate next year, going for a B.S. in Computer Science, and I am looking to get a job there once I graduate. I know Seattle is programmer mecca, but I absolutely hate it here (weather, traffic), love Tokyo, and want to enjoy the one life I have.

I have been there on vacation twice, so I have first-hand experience of the city and know basics such as transportation and weather (and of course, that I would love to live there). I basically want to know the outlook on jobs for someone with my degree, and if it really is super-hard like people say for any foreigner to find one. I can speak and read a good amount of the language (aiming to pass the JLPT 2-kyuu at the end of the year).

So, does anyone have any information/resources about CS-related jobs in Tokyo?

Check corporate websites with offices in Japan. Also you may want to find first some I.T. recruiter agency who will work the job curcuit there for you.

You dont want to be all alone do you?
