I am interested in moving to Japan for a while. Are there any cities in pristine locations without smog and pollution? I have looked a bit at Shizuoka.

Otherwise I'd be interested in living in Tokyo, if I could find a quiet suburb which meets the above criterias. Any suggestions there? Or other suggestions?

Japan has very decent hair quality in general and is definitely no worse than the likes of Paris or London. Tokyo is hardly ever smoggy.
